The Journey
To embark on your personal wellness journey:
- Make an appointment.
- You will fill out an intake form before our initial meeting. This will allow me to create tailored recommendations for your specific concerns, including effective Lyme disease treatment options or prevention of cognitive decline with aging or digestive health and so. much more.
- During our initial meeting (whether in-person or on Zoom), we'll spend 1-1.5 hours getting to know you. This session includes a comprehensive intake discussion, and you will leave with an actionable plan.
- For the follow-up visit, we will evaluate what is working and what isn't, adjusting the plan as needed to ensure your wellness journey is successful.
