To embark on your personal wellness journey:
Make an appointment. Please fill out the intake assessment (below) and the PWA membership agreement (https://start.pwai.us/member-signup) before our initial meeting. This will allow me to create tailored recommendations for your specific concerns, including effective Lyme disease treatment options and natural healing methods.
During our initial meeting (whether in-person or on Zoom), we'll spend 1-1.5 hours getting to know you. This session includes a comprehensive intake discussion, and you will leave with an actionable plan.
For the follow-up visit, we will evaluate what is working and what isn't, adjusting the plan as needed to ensure your wellness journey is successful.
