To your new journey:

1. Make an appointment. Fill out the intake assessment (below) and PWA membership agreement  (https://start.pwai.us/member-signup) before initial meeting so I can develop recommendations to address your specific concerns and needs.
2. Initial meet (if in the area) or on zoom— Getting to know you—first visit 1-1.5 hr. Includes going over comprehensive intake and you leave with an action plan
3. Follow up visit/zoom-evaluate what is working/ not working and tweak plan as needed

         4. Schedule next visit
